With a wealth of global business experience, Don joined the Alder team in 2005. He manages well over 100 residential properties in the Reno/Sparks area and excels in real estate sales. An avid scuba diver and master scuba diver trainer, Don founded a training facility in Thailand in 2000. His hobbies include underwater photography and video, dive training, skiing, golf, and international travel.

After ten successful years of operating his technical services business, Scott joined the Alder team fully licensed as a property manager and real estate salesman in 2010. With over 100 properties under his care, he approaches every project with excitement and enthusiasm. The proud father of a young son, Scott enjoys motorcycle riding, rebuilding classic cars, and playing in a local band.

Linda brings much experience to the table as a prior business owner, homeowner and real estate investor.  She joined Alder Properties in 2014.  Spent many of her younger years at Nordstrom department stores as a manager, so she comes to us with a great deal of customer service experience.  Linda also owns and manages her personal rental properties giving her additional firsthand knowledge and experience of what our owners and tenants expect from a property manager.  When she’s not managing or selling properties, Linda loves to travel the world to gain new and exciting experiences.  Nevada license number S. 176564 PM 166475
